This polyester-spandex skirt dries quickly and doesn't chafe. In the last year, skirts specially designed for runners have hit the market. Two track standouts ran six to eight miles in each skirt: Ceci St. Geme, 43, the 1994 national champion at 5,000 meters, who now races as a master, and her daughter Annie, 18, last year's 1,600-meter California champion.
