(NYT58) PASCAGOULA, Miss. -- Nov. 16, 2005 -- STORMS-SHIPYARDS-4 -- Damaged Computers and office machines cover the grounds at Northrop Grumann Shipyards in Pascagoula, Mississippi, waiting to be thrown out, November 1, 2005. As it cleans up from Hurricane Katrina, Northrop may have a much easier time than most other Katrina victims -- financially, at least. Unlike many small businesses and families that may never fully recover from the storm, Northrop is likely to end up having to pay little, if anything at all, from its own coffers to repair the damage.
