(NYT57) EXETER, N.H. -- Feb. 14, 2005 -- BIZ-TRAVEL-WEIGHT -- Nadine Thompson, the chief executive of a direct-sales company in Exeter, N.H., in February was asked to get off a flight because of her size. Traveling for business can be stressful enough when you are thin, but when you are plus-sized, it can be downright demoralizing. Either the seat belt does not fit, or it is painfully tight and you are too embarrassed to ask for an attachment. People cringe when they see you, praying that you're not going to sit in their row.
