(NYT8) BAGHDAD, Iraq -- Feb. 13, 2005 -- IRAQ-5 -- A young Shiite boy flagellates himself in commemoration of Ashura in front of a poster of Shiite cleric Abdul-Aziz al-Hakim, chief of the Supreme Council for the Islamic Revolution in Iraq (SCIRI), at the SCIRI headquarters in Baghdad, as election results were announced, Sunday, February 13, 2005.
