(NYT16) NEW YORK -- June 21, 2004 -- STEWART-MEETING -- Martha Stewart exits a Manhattan building after the Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia annual shareholders meeting on June 21, 2004. Stewart appeared at the meeting addressing the faithful for the first time since becoming a convicted felon in March. Despite a bleak year that even she described as "fraught with sorrow,'' the encounter seemed to be very pro-Martha. (Scott Eells/The New York Times)
