(NYT2) BAGHDAD, Iraq -- June 6, 2004 -- IRAQ-2 -- Mustafa Jaleel, an Iraqi translator working with the 1st Cavalry Division, left foreground, stands guard as he and troops were set to return fire at insurgent attackers during a firefight Sunday, June 6, 2004, in Sadr City in Baghdad. The troops were attacked with RPG's and small arms fire from nearby rooftops while they were on a civil affairs mission at a power station and they returned fire and escaped.
