(NYT6) BAGHDAD, Iraq -- Oct. 27, 2003 -- IRAQ-6 -- Iraqis try to extinguish fires outside the offices of the International Committee of the Red Cross following a suicide bombing, Monday, Oct. 27, 2003. A series of suicide bombings shook Baghdad early Monday, including an attack on the offices of the International Committee of the Red Cross.
