(NYT50) NEW YORK -- March 5, 2003 -- HEALTH-UNINSURED --With rising medical costs squeezing profit margins, and growing numbers of people without health insurance pushing costs even higher, employers are beginning to call for ways to deal with the problem of the uninsured.
