(NYT20) NEW YORK -- Aug. 29, 2003 -- NY-CHINATOWN -- The Sau Voi Corporation is a tiny convenience store on the outskirts of Chinatown with about 200 square feet of jampacked retailing space overwhelmingly devoted to three things: ladies' underwear, Vietnamese pop music and lottery tickets. Most days, however, the only things that sell come from a full menu of very good, very cheap sandwiches.
