(NYT21) STILLWATER, N.J. -- July 17, 2002 -- SAITO-FLOWERS-3 -- Manabu Saito, 73, one of America's best-known botanical artists, has followed flowers from Surinam to South Africa, painting them all. But his favorite location of all is his garden in Stillwater, N.J., where he and his partner, Dr. John Craig, 78, a retired microbiologist and immunologist, have lived for 32 years.
