(NYT11) NEW YORK -- Nov. 5, 2002 -- JULIE-CHEN-PROFILE -- Julie Chen, 32, who moonlights as host of the reality show "Big Brother,'' is the youngest of a new foursome of anchors on "The Early Show,'' which made its debut last week in a revamped format. The show is trying to dig itself out of its perennial third place among morning programs. "I think I represent a huge section out there that morning shows have ignored,'' says Chen.
