Workers carry out the welding, when building the storage for liquid nuclear wastes on the Chernobyl APS territory on Thursday evening, November 16, 2000. The CAPS staff does not like the idea of turning the station into new enterprises and companies. For the December 15 of the current year it is planned to close the acting CAPS's energy power unit and withdraw it out of the Company "Energoatom". Te latter is the condition of getting the credit to finish the units on the Rovenskaya and Khemlnitskaya APSs from that EBRD.
