PERSIAN GULF, 18 MARH 2003 ----- K-Dog, a bottle nose dolphin from Commander Task Unit, leaps out of the water in front Sgt. Andrew Garrett during training near the USS GUNSTON HALL operating in the Persian Gulf. The specially trained and equipped dolphins are used in mine clearance and underwater warfare by United States Navy special operations units currently operating in the region. 18.03.2003.
