BAGHDAD, IRAQ, 11 MARCH 1999 --- Although Iraq has been under an international embargo for its invasion of Kuwait in 1990, fresh food remains plentiful at all of Baghdad's outdoor markets. Food prices -- relatively cheap by Western standards -- have skyrocketd in the past few years making many items -- such as meat and fish -- a luxury for the average Iraqi family.
