From left to right: Head of President's Administration Viktor Medvedchuk, President of Ukraine Leonid Kuchma, the first Vice-Premier-Minister, Minister of Finance of Ukraine Nikolay Azarov and Vice-Premier Andrey Kluyev at the meeting on economical questions in Koncha-Zaspa near Kiev on Monday, December 6, 2004. Kuchma announced that he was ready to sign Ukraine Constitution revision and Ukrainian Law "About the Elections of President of Ukraine" revision directly in the sessional hall of Verkhovna Rada after Parliament passed the changes in packet. President also noted that the composition of the government would be changed after Ukraine Constitution revision was accepted.
