She earns her living as a sex worker, with one job bringing in £31,000 and a free trip to Japan for just five days work.
But Kayla Jade has found she has the most unlikely army of TikTok fans. The 29-year-old has a jaw-dropping 1.4M followers thanks to her candid no-nonsense stories and wild confessions about her racy life.
And the 29-year-old from Queensland says her army of followers are 99 per cent female, with the vast majority mothers.
Queensland's own blonde bombshell, Kayla Jade has taken the internet by storm.
"My audience is mostly mums who maybe didn't get to have a wild time in their twenties and love living vicariously through me," she reveals.
She began as an adult content creator three years ago and moved into full-service work 12 months ago. Since then, it's been a whirlwind. Her rising fame has led to more bookings with couples and women exploring their sexuality.
"I enjoy working with women more," she says.
But while the money and experiences are thrilling, she’s learned that this lifestyle isn't all glitz and glamour. For one, she warns anyone interested in the industry to surround themselves with supportive people and cut out judgmental voices.
"It's 2024—if they're judging you, that's their issue, not yours," she says.
When it comes to cash, she insists on getting paid upfront.
"Even if you've worked with someone before, never assume they'll pay you back. Always get the payment first." She recalls being scammed by people who ask for photos or a call to "verify" her identity, only to disappear after getting what they wanted.
For her part, though, she just blocks out the noise. She's got a job to do — like one that recently paid her £31,000 and a free trip to Japan for five days with a client.
She's had plenty of awkward laughs on the job. Like the time she left some very "personal" items behind at a family-owned hotel after a late-night booking!
"The lady at reception called and said I'd left 'somethings' in the room. Then it hit me—I'd left a massive vibrating wand and two other toys!" she laughs. "I was just hoping she wouldn't ask too many questions."
And while the job comes with laughs, there are uncomfortable moments too. One client, whom she describes as "a bit overambitious," couldn't quite handle the experience he'd requested.
"He prides himself on endurance but couldn't manage it," she recalls.
"I tried to reassure him, told him most people can't just go all in at once. Maybe he needs one of those kits with different sizes to work his way up!"
Despite the quirks, the cash keeps rolling in. She recently left an appointment £6 300 richer—with a little bonus for her moving costs!
"He was sweet," she laughs. "Mentioned my move, and he sent extra to help out."
The blonde beauty's work attracts both admiration and criticism, but she brushes off the haters.
"No one truly happy is sitting behind a keyboard throwing insults at people," she says with a shrug. Her advice to anyone facing online hate? "Brush it off. I've got a job to do."
She's got her limits! She recently nixed a booking with two brothers looking to, well, "team up."
"I had to ask if they were actual brothers or just friends," she laughs. "And he replied, 'Same mum, same dad!' I know some people are fine with it, but it's just not for me."
Her main piece of advice for anyone in the industry? Save as much as you can. "It's easy to get caught up in the lifestyle, but think ahead. If you want a future outside of this, you'll need those savings," she warns. With expenses like DMCA services, advertising, and security, she explains,
"It's not cheap, and the money might not always be there."
In the end, this blonde bombshell is all in—and loving every minute!
"This past six months has been a gift. I feel like I'm finally doing what I was meant to do," she says, clearly proud of her choices. As for what's next? She plans to keep doing her thing, live her life unapologetically, and share every bit of it with her millions of followers.
"I know it's not for everyone," she admits. "But for me? This is just another job. One that takes grit, self-confidence, and a good sense of humour."
