Men from Afghanistan prepare tea for an islamic commemoration ritual in the olive grove along side the Moria camp run by the Greek Ministry of Migration Thursday Feb. 7, 2019, in an area where tents are pitched on a steep hillside among the trees. Concerns have been raise by those observing conditions at the camp, including MSF clinical psychiatrist Dr Alessandro Barberio. He states: "Moria camp, in Lesbos, has a maximum capacity of 3,100 people, but is bursting at the seams, with just over 6,000 (revised Feb, 2019) people. A third of them are children, living in appalling conditions, which are contributing to a considerable deterioration of their physical and mental health. I have never witnessed such overwhelming numbers of people suffering from serious mental health conditions, as I am witnessing now amongst refugees on the island of Lesbos. "
