An overpass in Huntington, West Virginia on February 17, 2017. On August 15, 2016, Taylor Wilson overdosed while driving on the overpass above, but was revived. On August 15, 2016 Taylor Wilson was the first of nearly 30 people who overdosed on heroin in Huntington, West Virginia. Wilson, who was driving her car when she overdosed, was revived but overdosed again on September 25, 2016 and was unable to be revived.
