Matt Brown, chief of staff to CEO Tim Armstrong at Karen's Place in Louisa, Kentucky. Taylor Wilson tried to get into the rehab facility after her August 2016 overdose. On August 15, 2016 Taylor Wilson was the first of nearly 30 people who overdosed on heroin in Huntington, West Virginia. Wilson, who was driving her car when she overdosed, was revived but overdosed again on September 25, 2016 and was unable to be revived.
