Lt. David McClure, a Cabell County EMS paramedic, posed for a portrait at a Cabell County EMS station near the Marcum Terrace housing projects in Huntington, West Virginia on February 17, 2017. McClure revived Taylor Wilson the first time she overdosed. On August 15, 2016 Taylor Wilson was the first of nearly 30 people who overdosed on heroin in Huntington, West Virginia. Wilson, who was driving her car when she overdosed, was revived but overdosed again on September 25, 2016 and was unable to be revived.
