International Zone, Mediterranean Sea, Decembre 11th 2017 Aisha (33) from Ivory Coast: "When my parents died, I was very young. I had to drop out of school. I got married at 13, had 2 boys. My husband treated me bad, I decided to leave them with my mother-in-law and leave. I went to work at a man's house in Abidjan. He forced me to sleep with him, I got pregnant. I had a daughter and a friend took my child with her in Abidjan. Then a man told me about Tunis, that he could get me a job there. When I arrived by plane, he told me that I had to pay back the ticket : he took my passeport and told me that I had to work for free for 6 months. I ran away after 2, walked into a hairdresser's salon and told my story. She helped me and told me about Libya. I ended up in a camp. We didn't eat for three days, people wanted to jump in the water. They put us on a small boat that took us to Libya where the police put us in jail. They said they were going to repatriate us, I was happy, but they put us in a women's prison. I've never been that scared: they hit pregnant women, didn't feed them, hit our heads with guns. They tried to rape me. A woman next to me was hit for three nights, she was strong but she died... After 6 months, a journalist came, but we were scared: if we were seen talking we would be hit. I got out of there thanks to a Libyan lady looking for a worker. She gave me food and started to say,"Italia?" I just wanted to go home but one night she took me to the beach. I was so scared, shaking and crying,"What have I done wrong in my life?" the others told me to stop crying. But the waves went up, I was scared. After 11 hours, the Spanish came to rescue us. Now I'm alive, all I want is to find my children: the boys I left very young and Nadia in Abidjan, who will soon be 9 years old..." Eaux internationales, Mer Mediterrannee, 11 decembre 2017 Aisha, 33 ans, de C?te d'Ivoire : ??Quand mes parents sont morts j'etais toute petite, j'ai d? arreter l'ecole.
