Kosovo, Mitrovica, 7 February 2018 View towards Mitrovica over a Christian cemetary at the entrance of the city. The river Ibar divides Mitrovica into a northern part with a majority of Serbian ethnicity and a southern side with an Albanian ethnic majority. The city has been divided since 1999 (the end of the war) and many cemetary's ended up on the 'wrong side' of the city.
