Villagers use nets to catch offerings thrown by Tenggerese worshippers at the crater of Mount Bromo during Kasada Ritual. Once a year around June to August in active volcano Mount Bromo in East Java Indonesia, Tengger people celebrate the annual Kasada ritual. It is the main ritual for the Tengger people and during the ritual they make?journey?to Mount Bromo to give offerings of rice, fruits, vegetables, flowers and livestock to the mountain gods by throwing them into the volcano's caldera.
