Smiling shyly, six-year-old Kirsty Howard wasn't sure what to make of all the attention as none other than Victoria Beckham swept her up into her arms outside Westminster Abbey today (December 11).
The little girl, who was born with a rare heart condition and is permanently attached to a 45lbs oxygen cylinder, snuggled up to the singer as they were about to join the Children of Courage awards ceremony.
