(FILES) This file photo taken on July 13, 2004 shows the wreck of the Breton trawler "Bugaled Breizh", placed on a barge, being pulled by a high-sea tugboat to the military port of Brest, northwestern France. On January 15, 2004 the Bugaled Breizh sank within a few seconds south-west of England with five men on board. Thirteen years later and the French justice having closed the file, relatives of the victims are still waiting that light is shed on this drama, that to this day remains unexplained. / AFP PHOTO / MARCEL MOCHET
