Arthur Koehler, employed by the U.S. Forest products, Laboratory, Forest Service, of Madison, Wisconsin is shown in Trenton, New Jersey on Sept. 28, 1934. He is making a further examination of the wood used in the ladder down which baby Charles A. Lindbergh, Jr., was carried from his nursery to his death. Mr. Koehler said the ??sunquestionable source??? of some of the lumber used was the national lumber and mill work company in the Bronx, N.Y. where Bruno Richard Hauptmann once worked. (AP Photo)
