Exterior view of the Hotel Imperial designed by architect Frank Lloyd Wright in Tokyo, Japan is shown in December 1967 during demolition. Wright's Imperial Hotel was built in 1923 and suffered structural damage in the 1923 earthquake. Part of the design features are the copper roof and Maya motifs in its decorations.
