LATEST PHOTOS: Late music producer and killer Phil Spector???s crumbling 'murder castle??? finally sold for $4 million THESE are the most recent photos of killer Phil Spector???s crumbling 'Pyrenees Castle', which has finally been sold in a cut price deal for just under $4 million. The property was originally put on the market for $5.5 million in March 2019 as part of the divorce deal with his ex-wife Rachelle, whom he split from in April 2016. The proceeds were allegedly being split 50/50 until Spector passed away on 16 January from Coronavirus complications. Spector bought the eight bedroom, ten bathroom, 8,600 sq ft property in Alhambra, Los Angeles, back in 1998 for $1.1 million. Rachelle had been living in the property since they married in April 2006, while the music producer was serving a minimum 19 years in prison after shooting dead actress Lana Clarkson inside the faux chateau in 2003. The property is showing signs of wear and tear with the parched garden in need of an overhaul, including the dried up fountain and decaying driveway. ENDS
