TOPSHOT - Nurse Irina Afonina (54) tends to a man at home in Moscow on May 16, 2020 amid the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic. - "I have been working as a junior nurse for four years. My responsibilities include helping patients who can't move at home, complete care and moral support. I am taking care of two people now. In the current situation we have a lot of more responsibilities towards our patients and their families. Our work is our duty. I'm an Orthodox Christian and I believe that (my work) is in the name of the Lord. We restrict our contacts, take public transportation and go to shops only if necessary. Volunteers drive us to our patients", Afonina said. (Photo by Kirill KUDRYAVTSEV / AFP)
