DHAKA, BANGLADESH - MARCH 22 : Polluted Buriganga River is seen in Dhaka, Bangladesh on March 22, 2019. The chemical waste of mills and factories, household waste eventually makes the Buriganga River miserable, which is considered to be Dhaka's lifeline. Thousands of people depend on the river daily for bathing, washing clothes, irrigation of food and transportation of goods. The river has suffered extreme biodiversity loss and has now turned narrow.
