The politician, who launched The Eccentric Party of Great Britain in St Ives, Cambs, yesterday (Wed), said he would be willing to go into coalition with another party. He said: 'We should be invited to the TV debate because although we are a small party, so are the Liberal Democrats. 'I would be willing to go into coalition with another party and I would like to join up with the Green Party. We could be the Green Teeth Party.' Lord Toby went out on a motor boat to tell voters about his new policies, which include luminous lampposts so people are safe at night and lowering taxes by taking the wheels off them. He added: 'We will be looking for the eccentric vote, there are lots of eccentrics in this area'.
