Primera Aircraft at Stansted Airport, Essex, UK - 03 Oct 2018 Primera Air ceased all operations at midnight on Monday, after 14 years in business. The airline, which had 15 planes, began offering long-haul flights from UK airports, including Stansted and Birmingham, earlier this year. The UK's Civil Aviation Authority has told passengers who have travelled abroad on a Primera flight that they must now make their own arrangements to return to the UK.
