HEARTWARMING FOOTAGE showing members of the Royal Family including Elizabeth the Queen Mother, Prince Philip, Prince Charles and the Queen as they help out at a local village fete has resurfaced this week, ahead of the anniversary of the sad passing of the Queen Mother on Friday (March 30). Footage from the clip, taken as part of a newsreel more than 60 years ago in 1955, shows the Queen Mother, the recently crowned Queen, her husband Prince Philip and their two children at the time, Prince Charles and Princess Anne, as they help out on the stalls at a local village fete. Further moments from the video show Prince Charles, who was just seven at the time, having a talk with his father Philip, who is dressed in a kilt, while other clips show the Queen Mother dealing directly with members of the public / mediadrumworld.com
