Karine Bertil Hoareau, 39, self-employed wealth management consultant, married with two children, lives on the French Indian Ocean island of La Reunion, poses with her voting card in Saint-Paul on March 16, 2017. What should be the priorities of the next French president? "I used to be a salaried employee but five years ago I took the rise of going self-employed. I hope the next president will be just as courageous and get a sense of the scale of our problems and put forward long-term solutions. For too long now seasoned politicians have lost touch with reality? (the self-employed) are demanding the ability to chose insurance as they please, in line with European regulations. In a country that is paralysed like ours, there should be help for small businesses that create added value and jobs." / AFP PHOTO / RICHARD BOUHET / RESTRICTED TO EDITORIAL USE - RESTRICTED TO FRENCH ELECTIONS ILLUSTRATION PURPOSE
