Hilaria Baldwin releases a photo on Instagram with the following caption: "Ok so here is my poor attempt at setting up a photo to talk about nutrition and breastfeeding. Just getting these two kids to sit down (well, sort of sit) to take this pic was a feat in its own. I get asked all the time about how I eat and if I breastfeed. For those of you that breastfeeding doesn't pertain to: don't worry, there's a nugget in here for you too! The trick is hydration...good hydration. For me that's coconut water and my favorite is @tastenirvana . I drink one in the morning and one at night. Also, protein (see my almonds exhibit ?ud83d?ude02?)..:and whole grains: Carmen is holding quinoa crackers. Whether breastfeeding or not, these are important things to have in your diet. I eat real foods and don't go hungry. Another question was if exercise reduces milk. Not in my experience and I've never heard that--unless you are too thin. But proper nutrition and exercise are vital for health whether you are breastfeeding or not. I fed Carmen for 15 months and still going strong with Rafa at almost 8 months.
