Rapper Wiz Khalifa has listed his house for just under $1.3 million – and it’s surprisingly modest.
While the rapper has an estimated net worth of $70 million, according to Celebrity Net Worth, his Canonsburg, Pennsylvania pad looks more like a luxe family home than one fitting an A-lister.
The listing broker confirmed to Luxury Property News that the home is currently owned by the rapper.
Nestled on 2.8 acres and surrounded by trees for ultimate privacy, the rural property has a sleek look with floor-to-ceiling windows.
Inside, the house offers five bedrooms and four bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen, and plenty of room for entertaining.
The home benefits from an open-plan design, with rooms seamlessly flowing into another.
Hints of the rapper’s décor taste have been left, with quirky wall art and a mosaic-tiled bathroom.
Outside there’s a separate guest house with the fourth bathroom and space for an office or gym, as well as a garden with a grilling area and fire pit.
The 37-year-old hitmaker, born Cameron Thomaz, is from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and appears to have kept ties with the local area since finding fame, having purchased the property in 2012 for $900,000.
The house is currently available with Dustin Hook of Re/Max Select Realty for $1,295,000.
