A man has built the ‘world's smallest tiny home' that measures just 19.46 sq ft.
Levi Kelly decided to build the minuscule property – which has everything a normal-sized house would – in a bid to win a Guinness World Record.
The 27-year-old has included seating, a bed, kitchen, hot water, a toilet, shower and air conditioning.
Levi has also shared the clip of the unique build to YouTube, where it has 30,100 views so far.
“To get it to be so small while remaining functional, I added a folding bed and moveable toilet,” the YouTuber, from West Virginia, US, told What's The Jam.

Levi has spent around £3,824 ($5,000) on the project.

He said: “Everyone who walks in says ‘wow’.
“People seem to be impressed that everything can fit in such a small space.
“Is it made to be lived in full-time, possibly.
“Would anyone want to? Probably not.”
Levi hopes to use the home to go on camping trips with his wife Savannah and their two children – aged three and nine months respectively.
But there are a few things he would change.
He said: “If there was anything I’d change it would be the fold-down bed and ventilation.
“The space to get into the bed is pretty tight.
“Also, I forgot to add ventilation so the hot air gets trapped at the top.
“I would also make the bench fold out for a larger platform that could
