Miracle dog survives 100ft cliff plunge with barely a scratch
A miracle dog incredibly survived after plunging 100ft off a beauty spot cliff.
Rupert the Springador was with owner Rosie Boulton and friends during a walk.
She was then horrified to find out he’d somehow fallen over the edge.
The 23-year-old junior doctor heard his barks echoing at the bottom.

He landed on a ledge at Wild Pear Beach, in Combe Martin, Devon.
She frantically reported the emergency and Mullacott Coastguard Search and Rescue and Croyde Coastguard Rescue Team attended.
They used an animal rescue bag to winch Rupert back to safety.
Rosie told NeedToKnow: "I was out walking with friends and their dogs when we heard Rupert's barks coming up the cliff.
"I don't know how he went over the edge but he was about 100ft down.
"Incredibly he seemed okay.
"The absolutely fantastic teams from Croyde and Mullacott were so fast at responding and amazingly managed to abseil off the cliff to get to him.
"He was wagging his tail and in miraculously good spirits.
"They found him perched on a ledge.
"The work they do is absolutely phenomenal and without a doubt they saved his life.
"He was absolutely delighted to see them and be back on solid land.
"Sadly he has a collapsed lung and so has a chest drain in place to help resolve that.
"But considering how much worse it could have been he is extortionately lucky and the tail is still wagging away.
"I'm beyond grateful for the help of Mullacott and Croyde teams for rescuing Rupert.
"Without the teams who rescued him he would be in a much worse position.
"So thank you, thank you for the wonderful work they do."
A coastguard spokesman added: "A very good outcome for Rupert, the owners and the team working with the conditions.
"The owners did the right thing by calling the coastguard.
