The business called August after one of the star's songs has become a magnet for her fans.
It sells Taylor Swift-themed foods and drink and plays Taylor Swift music all day.
Owner Lotti Summers said the business in Beaumaris, Anglesey is booming.
"We have people literally travel miles and miles to come here," she told What's The Jam.
"We had a couple from Germany who had seen videos.
"Another two ladies travelled from London just to visit the shop.
"It’s amazing really how devoted the Swifties are.
"Now we employ eight staff and all our ice cream, cakes and coffee are all from local makers."
Lotti added there was no doubt about the most popular item in the cafe.
"It's one hundred per cent the handmade Taylor Swift biscuits," she said.
The cafe which only opened in July is next door to another of Lotti's businesses called The Mock Turtle which also stocks Taylor Swift merchandise.
And Lotti was hoping that maybe Taylor herself might pop in.
"We source most of our items from the USA.
"Small independent artists mainly from New York City," she added.
"We haven't heard from Taylor Swift herself.
"But she’s very ok with small independents apparently.
"Imagine if she popped in herself one day - that would be amazing."
Swift’s songs also include Shake It Off.
