Among that number is Dr Michael Mosley, whose battle with insomnia prompted his latest documentary - which sees him put traditional advice and some frankly quite bonkers-sounding suggestions to the test. So just how sleep-deprived are you? And if the answer is ‘very’, could eating turkey and kiwi fruit, or going camping, really be the secret to a great night’s sleep? Michael joins us to talk through his findings.
