Ben Tucci, 67, previously made headlines two years ago after the creepy ice formation first appeared outside his house on Lake Erie in Dunnville, Ontario, Canada. The figure was formed, he believes, by water from the lake’s waves falling over the lamp post outside his home, and freezing to create the haunting shapes.
