A second suspect in the shooting of Timoshenko and his partner Herman Yan in Brooklyn early Monday was arrested Wednesday night near Stroudsburg, Pa., officials said. The suspect, Dexter Bostic, 34, who the police say shot Officer Russel Timoshenko, 23, in the face and neck, was taken into custody around 5:30 p.m. as he ran on a grassy median on Interstate 80.
