An American soldier attached to the JAG unit helping the Iraqi prison system, watched a video taped court sentencing. Iraqi prisoners awaiting court dates and a chance to prove their innocence or guilt are kept in a prison in the massive Ministry of Interior complex (The Rule of Law Complex) in Baghdad. With the help of the American Judge Advocate General and former American prisoner officials, the Iraqi adminisrated prison is cleaner, more efficient and more humane than other Iraqi run prisons.
