A small park for the families of Iraq court officers is surrounded by blast walls and guard towers. In order to faciliate and effecient justice system, officials have begun to protect court officers and thier families from the violence of Baghdad by moving them into the Ministry of Interior court complex (The Rule of Law Complex). With the help of the American Judge Advocate General and former American prisoner officials, the Iraqi adminisrated prison is cleaner, more efficient and more humane than other Iraqi run prisons.
