(NYT95) ASTON, PA -- December 5, 2007 -- DYSLEXIA-BUSINESS-OWNERS -- Drew Devitt at New Way Air Bearings, his company in Aston, Pa. on Dec. 5, 2007. Devitt, a dyslexic, says he trusts his deputies. It has long been known that dyslexics are drawn to running their own businesses, where they can get around their weaknesses in reading and writing and play on their strengths.
