(NYT66) PASCAGOULA, Miss. -- Nov. 16, 2005 -- STORMS-SHIPYARDS-7 -- Ships are visible through dock wreckage on the east bank of Northrop Grumann Shipyards, pictured, Nov. 1, 2005, in Pascagoula, Miss., in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. As it cleans up, Northrop may have a much easier time than most other Hurricane Katrina victims -- financially, at least. Unlike many small businesses and families that may never fully recover from the storm, Northrop is likely to end up having to pay little, if anything at all, from its own coffers to repair the damage.
