(NYT65) KENNESAW, Ga. -- Sept. 15, 2005 -- TV-NBC-SEASON -- To promote its new series "Three Wishes," NBC paid the bill for Catherine Love, a shopper in Kennesaw, Ga., on Monday, Sept. 12, 2005. For a network that dominated the prime-time ratings for a decade with sophisticated urban comedies like "Cheers," "Seinfeld," "Frasier" and "Friends," only to tumble to fourth place last season without them, Amy Grant's show "Three Wishes," is a radical departure.
