(NYT62) UNION, NJ -- April 8, 2005 -- TERROR-DRILL-2 -- Staff members at Union Hospital in Union, N.J., treat a "patient" in a portable tent on hospital grounds during the second day of a mock anti-terrorism drill Tuesday, April 5, 2005. Despite sporadic breakdowns involving road blocks in New Jersey and fire department radios in Connecticut, a five-day anti-terrorism drill did not reveal any glaring breakdowns in the way either state responded to the simulated terror attacks, homeland security officials said Friday.
