Kurds show the flag of the European union, the Turkish flag and the Kurdish flag during the celebration of the Kurdish new year, to express their will to solve the Kurdish question before Turkey enters to the European Union.
A million of Kurds gather to celebrate Newroz or the Kurdish new year in Diyarbakir. It's a political gathering, rather then a celebration of the coming of spring. Between concerts and political speeches, the Kurds shout slogans for peace, democracy, equal rights.
