A pair of little owls appear to headbutt each other as they come eye-to-eye while perched on a branch. The owls were spotted playfighting in the desert in Negev, Israel. David Manusevich said, “The moment these little owls left their nest, they started headbutting each other and playfighting to develop their social and hunting skills. These young owls are not fighting, they are playing. The moment they leave their nest , they start head butting each other and doing other things which contribute to their development, though these little owls stay rather close to the nest and the mother is always nearby watching her little ones. As for my personal life, nothing has changed.
